If you have thought about moving and think you may need some help figuring out logistics, we are former Realtor and CPA team who found moving out of a high rent state to live in the country has been a great benefit for us. We want to help others do the same. Joni is a Relocation Specialist and Mike is a Retired Partner from a large Accounting firm. Together they can help you decide if moving out of state to a country home is the right choice for you. 

Oklahoma is where Joni’s family originated. Her branch moved out to California during the 1950s, but Joni thought it was a great place to return to after having lived in Texas for ten years.  We found our little slice of Heaven in Mulrow, in Sequoyah County Oklahoma!

Fort Smith, Arkansas is just half an hour away and has all of the services you will need to get your home set up and for you to have a great life. There is an airport there and all the modern conveniences of everywhere America. We just happen to like the peace and quiet of the country, but the antique shops and fine dining are some of the reasons to venture out to Ft. Smith.  Sallisaw and Muldrow also have everything you could want or need in a small town with electric cooperatives and local water resources, it is a great place to live!
